Dr Watson, Mycroft Holmes, Mrs Hudson, Irene Adler, Inspector Lestrade and his arch enemy the ultimate villain Moriarty. Professor Challenger in The Lost World helped define the fantasy/Sci-Fi genre and the inspiration to Jurassic Park. He wrote over 250 works and created many other characters that together make up Doyles universe of incredible creations and storytelling.
